Customer – Complete History - CRM
Once a customer is entered into the system every detail is accessible and a complete history is in one place. Sales appointments may be scheduled and are immediately available to sales reps. Every estimate, job, phase, payment, photo and document are immediately at your fingertips for easy lookup and job history.
Estimating / Proposals
Estesys allows for different standardized Proposals for all types of installations. Entering a job using Phases allows you to quote different products and/or trips to complete the entire job, so your customer will understand what is being done on every step of their project. Estesys can customize proposals for different job and customer types.
Job Scheduling
Easy to complex scheduling of daily jobs is part of the Estesys system. Jobs can be extended from hours, days, weeks or months. Multi day scheduling allows for days between your return to a job to finish a specific installation. The ability to break jobs into phases or trips makes it easy to return between intervals. Types of jobs are color coded by job type, truck or crew. Approved personnel may schedule jobs, while others may just view the schedule.
Work Orders
Each job phase or trip will have a separate work ticket with all pertinent details to complete the installation including areas to install, material load totals and special instructions for installers. The Estesys Installer App allows work orders to be pushed directly to the truck allowing for real time tracking.
Job Costing
With Estesys flexibility is the key. We understand that things change on during installations. Estesys allows flexibility with integrity. Inventory tracking and usage are recorded but keeps a history of changes if necessary. Installer pay may be combinations of piece rate, hourly, extra pay dollars, prevailing wage and any combinations thereof. Job Costing tabs compares estimated costs to actual costs for easy analyses of material, labor, burden, other costs, overhead, commissions and profits.
Invoicing - Payments
With Estesys you never have to worry about a job not getting invoiced. Our system flow will not allow a job to be lost. You can change selling price and add to an invoice if needed but you always see where a change was made. Accounts Receivable follows every invoice and payment for every customer and keeps a complete history. Daily bank deposit receipt totals may be integrated with popular accounting packages banking software.
Inventory Management
Estesys is designed for warehoused or direct ship inventory of any kind of materials. Job costing materials used on the jobs is simple and quick. Products to be installed are accurately accounted for and calculated for each job whether it be by the piece, bag, foam by the set, blowing wool, paint, or component materials that make up a kit.
