Easy Estimating Creates Proposals by Job Phase with Options and Upgrades
Instantly create Proposals that your customer will understand. We customize the Proposal to meet the legal standards required in your state or states. We can create separate Proposals for different types of installations or have multiple products on one proposal. Pricing is available in different formats. You may price by one list price with the option to add or delete percentages, you may use multiple price lists for different types of customers or use a gross margin markup percentage which will calculate off the material, labor and labor burden costs. Selling prices may be changed from phases to phase, in each line item Estimates with may be insulation, gutters, fireplace and roofing on one proposal that will include options and upgrades for each separate phase. Copy Jobs and Phases
Enter a model home one time with all of the options or upgrades possible for that model. Simply select the model and each up/down grade for your list of options and click create a new job. Estesys will combine each phase and work areas with the additions and/or subtractions into your new job and calculate the proper selling price for each phase. When bidding the same job for multiple contractors simply copy Estimates into each different customer.
